KEMA was founded through the apostolic vision of Dr. Robert F. Dowell, whose lifelong commitment to equipping leaders, developing ministries, and advancing Kingdom impact continues to shape this fellowship.
With over thirty years of pastoral ministry, theological education, publishing, and community service, Dr. Dowell has dedicated his life to helping leaders discover their gifts, build effective systems, and maximize their Kingdom impact.
