With over thirty years of pastoral ministry, leadership development, theological education, publishing, and community service, Dr. Dowell has dedicated his life to helping leaders discover their gifts, release their brilliance, build effective systems, and maximize their Kingdom impact.
As Founder and Apostolic Leader, Dr. Dowell provides spiritual vision, leadership, direction, and oversight for KEMA while ensuring faithfulness to its mission, values, and Kingdom assignment.

For more than three decades, Dr. Robert F. Dowell has invested his life in developing ministry leaders, mentoring ministers, and helping individuals discover and fulfill their God-given calling. KEMA was not born from a new idea. It was born from decades of leadership development, ministry training, mentoring, coaching, publishing, and practical ministry experience.
Throughout the years, countless ministry leaders have been equipped to grow in their calling, strengthen their effectiveness, and expand their Kingdom impact. What began as a ministry philosophy practiced within the life of New Life Fellowship has now been given a broader wineskin to serve and develop ministry leaders wherever God opens the door.
The goal has never been to build another organization. The goal has always been to help ministry leaders become more effective, fulfill their calling, and maximize their Kingdom impact.
Today, KEMA continues that mission by helping ministry leaders become who God called them to be, build what God called them to build, and release the brilliance God placed within them for the glory of God.
